Position Type: Seasonal
Schedule: Full-time and part-time hours available (including weekends and holidays)
Work Environment: Outdoor/greenhouse setting
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with plant selection and general questions
- Watering and caring for flowers, plants, and greenery
- Loading plants and products for customers
- Unloading trucks and stocking greenhouse and/or outdoor display tables
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe greenhouse and outdoor area
- Assisting with inventory, pricing, and building displays
- Working as a team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Any task assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- Friendly, positive attitude with good customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors and dress for various weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or with other staff when needed
- Plant or greenhouse experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train!
